This is our beginner’s and returner’s course, consisting of 10 weekly sessions, booked in advance. Each Monday session will progress from the week before and we will take you from 1 minute to 30 minute running intervals. You can join our closed Facebook group for added motivation and support from both ourselves and other people on the course.
During the week we will post on the group and e-mail suggestions for one other session to be done in your own time that will support your progress.

This is for those who have either completed our beginners course or for those who are confidently running for 30 minutes continuously who want to improve their fitness, build their stamina, improve times and/or distance.
Each of these sessions will progress from the week before and we will increase your running speed and distance. You will be invited to join our closed Facebook group for added motivation and support from both ourselves and other people on the course.
The Monday sessions are standalone sessions and can be completed on an ad hoc basis or can be combined as part of a broader training programme.
If you sign up for a “class pass” you will also get access to our members only Facebook group and email support, via which, we can help you reach your running goals, whatever they may be.
