TRAIL RUNNING

Leave the traffic behind and immerse yourself in nature. The sound of birds and the small of flowers is so much better than that of vehicles’ exhaust fumes!

Trail running is great for both physical and mental health. You use a variety of muscles and generally it involves a lower impact on your joints. The feel-good factor from running in the countryside is amazing. See for yourself…


PLANT-BASED FOOD

A plant-based diet can provide all the nutrients your body needs for a healthy body and mind. You can obtain more than enough protein, vitamins, minerals, good fats and carbohydrates from a well-balanced, plant-based diet.

Let us share some taste food with you and talk about how we have fulled for ultra-marathons on just plants (and perhaps the odd chunk or two of chocolate..!)


PILATES

We will work on your alignment, breathing and balance, all essential for fluid movement. You will work on your stomach, back, hip, foot and shoulder strength, so you can do the things you want to do on a day to day, sporting and just everyday fun basis

You will even work on your brain with co-ordination, focus and some agility drills – all essential for keeping us alert and fit, physically and between the ears!
